I scored 485 in Neet 2020 I knew it was bad But i also knew  I was going to work to make it better. . But then my family came And told me I can't do anything Told me that i am a loser And demotivated me to beyond limits They brainwashed me in believing that One can never improve their condition if they fall once in life. I believed in it for a long time. Until one day I came to the internet and saw that people can actually improve their condition if they want to. .

The basic essence of Democracy is People's self awareness. We didn't achieve freedom just by Taking in what they fed us We achieved it by changing Our point of view. . Let's just not take the history That they are trying to feed us. Do your own research and find out how far are they right? Or Are they twisting our history?

It's not that I talk less, IT is just that whenever I talk Nobody ever listens. So it felt useless Because if i have to talk Only for myself Then i can do it in my head,right. It feels useless to speak when you are not being heard.

I am so quite  And i talk just to myself I just observe what others are doing How everyone tells the same story in different ways And how one person tells the same story in different ways to different people. It's very amusing.

I used to be happy, When i was confident. They dragged me down, Shamed me for being happy, Scolded me for having friends And part by part they consumed my confidence. . Now when i don't go out and  can't even freely talk, They just humiliate me further. . I know psychology says that it is me who allowed them to do this to me. But tell me if you get robbed, will it be you who has to be blamed for walking on streets or the robber?

Therapist:  you can't control your feelings but you can control how you react to them Me:  but if i control how i react to them won't it make me fake,i just want to be real about my feelings  Therapist : that's the thing when you start to control how you react to the feelings your feelings will change itself to the reaction you are giving because as you said your conscious self doesn't want to be fake so your subconscious self will turn it into real one.
