Talk less
It's not that I talk less,
IT is just that whenever I talk
Nobody ever listens.
So it felt useless
Because if i have to talk
Only for myself
Then i can do it in my head,right.
It feels useless to speak when you are not being heard.
Swings
People say women have a very complicated mood compared to men, also termed as "mood swings". Yeah this is true and science says that these are due to the hormonal outbursts and imbalance in a woman's body. But there are other things to consider like the expectations society puts on them and how they are under constant self blame of not being able to achieve such unrealistic expectations of taking care of every other person's emotions which leads to eventually them constantly ignoring their own emotions and brings them to have such a shitty mental health that shuffles their moods constantly.
