Let's accept the fact
That everyone of us has
Faced discrimination
At some point in our lives,
.
There can be many types
Some are for
Color, gender, height, weight...many more
.
We don't like it right
So we should do something
.
First of all discrimination
Begins in our own brain
It is us who have decided
That we belong to certain-
not so well category
.
See, people would say a lot of things about you
But the one image that you have about yourself
Will hit you harder.!
Because that's where your insecurity lies.
.
For example if someone says
Hey you have dark eyes, your mind accepts it
But when someone says
Hey you have dark skin, you start to panic.
Why?
Who told you dark skin is not admirable?
It's your mind who told you that
It's the society who fed your mind that
But the good thing is that we can change
What's fed in our minds.
(Once we make our minds understand this thing
Then even the tone of voice in
others discriminatory compliment
Won't bother)
.
So the first step would be to accept ourselves
Just say it
It's okay if i am dark or if i am overweight
Or underweight or male or female or of any gender
It's just okayyyyy.!
.
The second step would be to accept others
There are differences in society
And when you accept other's differences
You make a way for others to accept you too
.
In simple words we can say
If you want to be understood
Then first learn to understand others.!
